Meet the Owners
Jason and Kristie Morrow are the owners of JK Properties TN, LLC and are life-long residents here in Knoxville, TN. They have 2 children, 6 grandchildren and 4 dogs.
Kristie has been in the housing industry since 2002 and is still currently a Mortgage Loan Officer. On top of helping people achieve the American dream of homeownership, and with the love for and experience in interior design, she is our head designer and shopper on all of our projects!
Jason has always been very handy, detail oriented and extremely crafty when it comes to home renovations and woodwork. From designing and custom building all sorts of furniture and custom beds for all of his grandkids to making improvements to his families' homes, he jumped all in on remodeling, total home renovations and so much more after getting his General Contractor license. He is THE GUY behind the work being done on all of our projects.
